Gwen is an Associate Director at Pure Search specialising in Legal and Private Practice recruitment.
Gwen studied law at Monash University and was admitted as an Australian lawyer in 2018. She spent three years as in-house counsel in Singapore before moving into legal recruitment in 2022.
She has helped shape and build out entire teams for key clients and has supported law firms at various stages of growth – including an international disputes practice launching its Singapore office. On the candidate side, Gwen works closely with local lawyers moving to international firms, and lawyers overseas relocating to Asia.
Outside of work, Gwen enjoys a good workout, seeking out a well-made cup of latte, and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
