Holly specialises in hiring senior-level first-time tax hires for businesses to support their tax strategy and help them meet their goals. She has successfully placed heads of tax for asset management funds and private equity businesses.
Following Pure’s values, Holly is incredibly relationship-driven. As a competitive, upbeat, and determined person, she strives to ensure an excellent experience for our clients and candidates. Due to her diligence, the process is smooth and enjoyable, and all wishes and expectations are managed from the very beginning. She’s all about the long-term partnerships.
Before her time at Pure, she spent 14 years at the FTSE 250 listed recruiter, working in London and Singapore where she focused on group functions and executive search for the financial service sector.
Before setting foot into the industry, Holly graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor's in Economics. When she’s not ensuring the successful placement of our talent, she is kept busy by her two small children.
