He has operated in this space for almost a decade and is dedicated to delivering the best service possible to his clients and candidates. James has matched countless candidates to their perfect roles – from AVP to MD and remains in contact to guide their careers and maximise their potential.
James holds a 2:1 Geography and International Relations degree from Oxford Brookes University. He previously worked in the risk teams at BRUIN Financial & Eximius before setting up the team at Pure.
James is a keen footballer and played in the only non-league football match at Wembley Stadium as part of their Rainbow Laces campaign. In addition, James has spoken on several panels about LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports.
