Having begun his career in London executing global mandates, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2017 and has since supported both international and local institutions, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds and insurers. During this time, he has successfully delivered a range of both retained and contingent searches from mid-level through to C-suite.
Beyond executive search, Jonny is regularly asked by his clients to present market specific insights and updates to management committees and senior leadership teams, providing key data and analytics to support their hiring strategies and decision making.
Outside of work he is a passionate environmentalist and previously ran ‘Deep Blue Straws’, a small business dedicated to reducing plastic waste in Hong Kong. He attained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.
