Logan Naidu
About
Logan is now considered a recruitment veteran having been involved in starting and scaling businesses for close to 20 years.
In 2012 he founded Dartmouth Partners with the industry-unique “Classroom to Boardroom” model aimed at uncovering future leaders early in their careers. This has formed the bedrock of the Group’s success over the next decade. Logan has successfully led two rounds of private equity investment – Literacy Capital in 2018 and Three Hills in 2023. And in 2019, he acquired the leading infrastructure and governance recruiter, Pure Search. Kernel Global was born from this multi-brand, multi-niche approach, aspiring to help people and businesses achieve their full potential.
Prior to Dartmouth, Logan co-founded The Cornell Partnership in 2005 before exiting via an MBO. Logan began his career at JPMorgan and PwC in Corporate Finance.
He is a committed Christian, the father of three fast-growing children, husband to one-ever supportive wife and a serious tennis and fitness nut.
