About
As an expert in her sector with years of experience, Michelle has a deep understanding of the private practice market. She is dedicated to supporting our clients and candidates across the industry and is passionate about supporting them throughout their growth. Having become career partners with a lot of businesses and talents, she is all about forging strong bonds.
Before taking on her role at Pure, Michelle took her first career steps as a postdoctoral researcher at Fudan University. She was responsible for qualitative research and comparative study on international law and dispute resolution.
Additionally, she gathered experience in the law sector by working as a legal consultant in an international trade company.
With her friendly, collaborative, and understanding nature, she has successfully helped many candidates from junior to senior level on their career path. She continues placing excellent professionals in top law firms.
Michelle studied at the East China University of Political Science and Law, earning her PhD degree in Law.
Besides being passionate about helping her clients and candidates, Michelle enjoys reading and loves to explore new places by travelling.
