Before taking on his role at Pure, Oliver took his first career steps by working for a specialised headhunting boutique. He played a vital role in growing and leading the tax practice on a global scale, covering the most important tax hubs across Europe.
Due to his extensive knowledge and understanding of the European recruitment industry, Oliver connects his clients with exceptional candidates. He collaborates closely with a diverse range of organisations spanning different sectors and industries. Currently, his main focus lies on in-house placements, ensuring excellence and expertise wherever his clients need it.
Oliver graduated from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Science in Archeology and Anthropology.
