Rebecca McKerral

A seasoned professional, Rebecca has extensive experience working across all areas of VAT. A professional, thoughtful, and trusted advisor, she has worked with C-Suite professionals supporting their growth, business strategy, and teams. This, in turn, gave her a better understanding of recruiting for the specific needs of clients and candidates.

In her early career years, she wasn’t only a chartered tax advisor with the CIOT, but also sat up and ran her own business in Bath. There, she co-founded the Bath Women in Business Association.

Before embarking on her journey as a recruiter, Rebecca gained a considerable amount of experience as a VAT advisor, which she did for ten years. She also trained at Deloitte before her move to Ryan Tax Services. After a stint at Expediam, she tackled her work as a VAT manager and as a management consultant at Grant Thornton.

Rebecca completed her first degree at Cardiff University, gaining a Bachelor of Science in Business and Japanese. She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Law at the College of Law.

Outside of successfully placing talents, Rebecca is a voracious reader with a steadily growing library. You can find her book reviews on her Instagram. She also occasionally dabbles in interior design, currently renovating her tenth property. Besides spending time with Bertie, her Border Terrier, she is also constantly planning new road trips.
