Richard is an Associate Director providing strategic search and recruitment solutions to Am Law 100 firms in the US, helping them secure top legal talent in one of the world’s most competitive markets.
His career began at a renowned boutique law firm in Germany, where he gained valuable insight into the legal landscape and honed his understanding of what top-tier legal professionals need to thrive in their careers. He later transitioned into the world of legal recruitment, initially joining a boutique recruitment firm in London, where he specialized in placing legal professionals at the associate and partner levels. Richard later played a pivotal role in building out the German desk for a global recruitment firm, where he helped US and UK firms develop their presence in continental Europe. Now, Richard advises many of the same clients in their domestic market.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys traveling, discovering local cuisines, and spending time in nature.
