Wanny has a strong track record in placing Chief Digital Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Heads of Operations, Transformation Heads and hires within their teams across the core areas: digital, innovation, change management and operational excellence. She understands the technical nuances and how to assess candidate suitability to best support clients in managing their business transformation journey within the digital era.
Wanny’s clients benefit from her specialist expertise, individual, collaborative approach, and strong candidate relationships. Before recruitment, Wanny spent seven years in account management and business development roles within tier-one professional services firms such as EY and Protiviti.
Wanny has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Queensland (Double major in International Business & Marketing). Outside the office, she enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and a good glass of red wine.
