Her career in recruitment started in 2006 when she moved to Hong Kong. She worked for a leading recruitment firm for seven years. There, she was successful in placing risk and compliance professionals within financial services firms.
Winnie joined Pure in 2013, bringing with her years of experience as well as a substantial network of clients and talent in the APAC region.
She now uses her talents and industry understanding to delve deeper into the personalities, motivations, and potential of clients and candidates alike. Winnie is passionate about recruiting in a way that doesn’t just fill positions but fosters long-term relationships. Creating partnerships that go beyond placement.
She graduated from the York University in Toronto, Canada. Outside her passion for Pure, she is a proud and devoted mother of an 8-month-old daughter and loves spending time with her and her two adorable puppies. She balances out her busy life by travelling to new destinations, enjoying comedy shows, and hiking.
