Zina began her recruitment journey in 2020 after graduating from university, initially specialising in placing Change & Transformation professionals within the insurance industry.
As she expanded her network and gained deeper insights into compliance and regulations, Zina transitioned to Pure Search, where she now focuses on recruiting Compliance professionals for the Insurance and Financial Services sectors. She is committed to delivering a high-quality, personalised experience for both clients and candidates, tailoring each recruitment journey to meet their unique needs and providing specialist guidance on securing the best outcomes for their recruitment process.
With a degree in Psychology, Zina’s natural interest in human behaviour drives her passion for working with people. Her dedication and thoughtfulness allow her to support candidates and clients with exceptional care and professionalism at every stage.
Outside of work, Zina enjoys staying active at the gym, playing tennis, and exploring everything London has to offer.
