Caroline Hudson

Caroline leads Pure’s CFO practice, supporting CFO searches globally. She also works with CFOs across technology, media & telecommunications, helping them to appoint leadership teams across functions, from finance and treasury to corporate finance and audit.

Caroline’s clients include market-leading PLCs, private equity firms and fast-track businesses.

Before joining Pure in October 2015, Caroline founded the UK & EMEA arm of a global recruitment firm. She has an outstanding track record of starting and developing market-leading recruitment teams, gained since starting her recruitment career in 1999.
