Jo Martin

Jo is the Head of Performance & Development at Pure. She develops innovative learning & development initiatives and delivers them to the teams across the wider business. She works alongside the senior leadership team to evolve the Performance & Development strategy to keep up with the changing landscape and growth of the business.

With a particular focus on developing the current and future leaders of the business, she ensures Pure offers a bespoke learning and leadership journey. Jo aims to support the teams by creating positive and challenging environments to help them flourish.

Before joining Pure, Jo spent 15 years with England Rugby, leading large remote teams of Rugby Development professionals, influencing the strategic direction of the County Unions and their volunteers and training and developing Tutors on coaching courses.
