Logan Naidu
Interim CEO

Logan is the Interim CEO of Pure, and Founder and Group CEO of Kernel Global and Dartmouth Partners.

He began his career at JPMorgan and PwC in Corporate Finance. In 2005 he co-founded the Cornell Partnership before exiting via an MBO, and founding Dartmouth Partners in 2012 with the industry-unique “Classroom to Boardroom” model aimed at uncovering future leaders early in their career.

Logan has successfully led two rounds of private equity investment – Literacy Capital in 2018 and Three Hills in 2023 – and in 2019 acquired the leading infrastructure and governance recruiter, Pure Search. Kernel Global was borne from this multi-brand, multi-niche approach, with the aspiration to help people and businesses achieve their full potential.

Before recruitment, Logan worked in more conventional City roles. A committed Christian, he is the father of three noisy children, husband to one ever-supportive wife, and a serious tennis and fitness nut.
