Pure commitment. Our pledge to our people.

The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us in ways we have never experienced.

At Pure we put people first; be that our clients, candidates or employees. We do this in the belief that it’s people who have the power to enact change and, whilst there are turbulent times ahead, I have been very encouraged and heartened by how many have reacted.

We’re lucky to live in an age where technology allows all aspects of our lives to be agile. Teachers are using this to make remote lessons come alive. Neighbours are using it to support their local communities. Fitness instructors are helping us maintain both physical and mental health by providing virtual classes. Medical experts can diagnose illnesses and alter lives in the blink of an eye. And companies are implementing new ways of staying motivated and productive.

At Pure, we have adapted and moved our entire workforce to remote working. We’ve been having daily team meet ups over Microsoft Teams and even attempted a Friday night drink for the whole company – chaos ensues! What’s not changed though is our commitment to you – our clients, candidates and our employees – as well as:

  • Our ability to source the right people, for the right jobs, at the right time
  • Our ability to make recommendations and assist on running an effective recruitment processes
  • How we are placed to advise on career planning, talent pipelining and salary benchmarking
  • Our insight on the market that enables you to make informed decisions for the remainder of the year

In times like these, we are able to play a vital role in helping businesses and individuals stay ahead of the challenges they may face. We do this with pride and upon the foundations of our 20 years in business.

Of course, finding talent or a new role may not be at the top of your agenda right now. But in a time that is about being there for each other, our message is clear; we are here to support you wherever we can through the uncertain times ahead.

Lastly, as we focus our attention on what matters most, I wanted to wish everyone and their families well. I sincerely hope you are impacted as little as possible.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be posting updates on how we’ve seen different businesses adapt and approach recruitment. In the meantime, to speak to one of our team, please get in touch. We would love to hear from you.
