Winnie heads up governance within financial services in Hong Kong, comprising compliance, legal and risk recruitment. She primarily focuses on placing mid-to-senior level experts within compliance.

After graduating in Canada, Winnie moved to Hong Kong, starting her recruitment career in 2006. Before joining Pure in 2013, she worked for a leading recruitment firm for 7 years, placing risk and compliance professionals into financial services firms. Over the course of her extensive recruitment career, Winnie has built up a substantial network of clients and candidates in the APAC region.
